Lumira got blank - whilst acquire BW Data

Dear experts

The Lumira Client version is 1.28 P3.

The steps to reproduce the issue are:

- start lumira desktop

- create a new document with download from SAP BW connection

- select a BW query

- select fiscal year and period year

The result is a blank output.

The SAP Note 2200259 is not solving our issue.

SAP Note 2200259 does not really provide a solution(?). Rather it informs that:

The issue is currently under investigation by development group.

However there are other details in the Note that I wonder if they apply to your case. E.g.;

Steps to Reproduce

Launch Lumira Desktop. 
Create a new Lumira document with Download from SAP Business Warehouse connection. 
Select a BW query, in which OLAP analysis authorization is set on BW dimension.
