Message stuck in RWB in "To be Delivered"

Hi experts,

     I have a scenario in which messages are getting stuck in RWB in "To be Delivered" state.

On further analysis . i found out the queue in Adapter engine Status-> Additional data is having some value in Thread assigned and No of entries in Queue.

My question is how do I clear this Queue or waht action is required so that the stuck messages can be processed succesfully.

Please suggest.

Hi Kushwaha,

As Raghuraman said please check whether receiver system is up and running or not.

the status to be delivered is mostly because if receiver system if not running.

     Scenarios is outbound with receiver File channel (NFS)

Hello Chandrabhan,

check for the message which is in delivering status.

Because of this message rest all messages are in to be delivered status.

Check for the folder whether write access is provided(do a Ping channel)
