Create Campaign and attach target group

Hi all,

We are creating campaigns in hybris marketing and trying to attach the target groups to the campaign.However the value help for target groups is showing only target groups generated out of Contact Segmentation and Customer segmentation based target groups are not shown.Is it standard behaviour?

When Target group is selected , contacts attached to the group are not getting displayed post the selection.

Please suggest.
