Hi All,
Kindly let me know which all programs shall be scheduled in a EM production environment. And preferably in the sequence of their scheduling.
I have identified a few programs like:
/SAPTRX/PROCESS_LOCKED_EHS
/SAPTRX/R_REPOST_AI_LOGS
/SAPTRX/COLLECT_LOCKED_EH
/SAPTRX/COLLECT_UNPROC_EVMSG
/SAPTRX/EE_MONITOR_PACK
RSTRFCQ0
RSTRFCI0
Am still not sure. The systems are ECC & EM.
Hi Arun,
SAP EM System:
656990 - Important background jobs for SAP Event Management
/SAPTRX/EMJOBS - This would cover major ones.
Schedule /SAPTRX/EE_MONITOR, /SAPTRX/EE_MONITOR_ADVANCED and /SAPTRX/EE_MONITOR_PACK - You have to schedule based on which scenario you use - Check the recommendation in this http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/f08f0c68-3121-3110-df97-d72c7ed55...
SAP ECC System:
Monitoring Queue:
1. Have CCMS monitoring implemented in Production system?
2. Set 1800 or 3600 secs for idle and ask basis team to activate automatically.
3. Configure support email id to trigger alert if queue fails in Production system.

I have an issue where event message is reported successfully in the Event Handler. Then in application log it shows it was processed by /SAPTRX/PROCESS_LOCKED_EHS
But subsequent ruleset did not got processed by which we send alerts as reaction to event message .
If any other subsequent event is reported , ruleset for first event also gets processed successfully .
Any batch job or mechanism by which we can process the unprocessed ruleset for event message reported ?
Thanks in advance

Hi Arun,
check also transaction /n/saptrx/emjobs to schedule the jobs.
In EM system:
/SAPTRX/PROCESS_LOCKED_EHS
-> to process messages that couldn't be processed because EH was locked
/SAPTRX/R_REPOST_AI_LOGS
-> to update EH taht were locked when an update came from Appl. System
/SAPTRX/EE_MONITOR_PACK
-> to set EE overdue
RSTRFCQ0
RSTRFCI0
I don't know the reports. But the queues should normally run without special report.
Only in case of problems you have to check the queues.
Best regards,
Steffen
