Log not found (in main memory) error while checking logs in RSPC.

Hi Experts,

In our SCM system I am trying to check logs for one of the process chain from RSPC. Whenever I am selcting one of the completed step - Right click - Display message it is giving me a below error.

Log not found (in main memory)

Can you please suggest how I can investigate this error.

Hi amar,

Is this happening for all the job logs or just RSPC current selection of yours.

And what is the version of your SAP SCM system. also can you update us if any recent activities occurred.

Hi Ramkrishna,

It is happening for all the chains in RSPC. SCM version is 7 EHP 3.

Hi Amar:

Have you checked SM21/SLG1? Were you able to see anything useful there?  Are you checking the logs for an old instance of the process chain execution or is it latest logs?
