CTM Planning - Demand Prioritization on Monthly Basis

Hello All,

I have a business scenario which says The Sales Order should be prioritized over my Forecast which could be achieved through ATPCAT sorting using SNP Capable To Match Profile.

The Challenge or the business requirement is that the system has to consider all the demands that exist in a specific month bucket, prioritize and satisfy all the Demands in that bucket, then move to next month bucket.

Could someone suggest if there is away to achieve this requirement through Capable To Match profile using any USER EXIT since Capable To Match engine is planning for total Horizon defined in the selection.

Yes that is an issue everyone has had.

You must activate interval planning with monthly buckets.

But then it is a big performance hit as CTM is basically solving each month independently.

Thank you very much for the reply, I tried maintaining the Interval Planning and it was successful.

However could you please share some information as how it hinders the performance.
