Storage and Unit Types

Hello Experts,

I am new to MDG and learning the concepts of the same. I have a doubt in the SU Types of the entity types in the MDG Data models.

For SU Type 2, they say the Master data can be changed with out a change Request. I actually could not understand this point. Could you please help me in understanding the same with a suitable example real time.
