Hi,
Does SAP, for the Advantage Database Server, offer paid, per incident support? Is so how does one initiate a request for this?

Unfortunately we do not have per incident support for Advantage. SAP Partners can sign up for an annual support plan which includes phone support.

Just the person I have been trying to reach for weeks! I have been trying to follow your May 27, 2009 article on Setting up an AIS Connection. I am stumped and it is becoming such an urgent issue that I am willing to pay for help. I'm trying to crawl before I can walk and I'm at this point trying to make a connection with an Advantage database on a remote server by using Advantage Data Architect.
