Not able to edit conditions in ITSM BW reporting.

Hi,

I have configured ITSM in solman 7.1, Now we want to activate ITSM BW reporting, I am referring the below document to do so.

SAP ITSM Analytics on SAP Solution Manager 7.1 - SAP IT Service Management on SAP Solution Manager -...

We are not able to edit default Top 5 condition, please check below screenshot.

I think some roles are missing and causing this issue, Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

Thanks you all for your help,

Issue has been resolved, as I mentioned earlier popups were unblocked still I was facing the issue.

I added the domain name in compatibility view settings of Internet Explorer and rerun the URL, now I am able to open the window to create a condition.

Hi Deepak,

You need to click on the button CREATE first and choose the relevant criteria.

further click on refresh sign or click activate to refresh the report.

no need to double click here

Thanks for the reply,

When I click CREATE, new window doesn't pop up to create new condition. What my assumption is,

If I would have been authorized to CREATE condition then I would have edited the default condition as well.

If you see SAP's config document there they have mentioned that we can edit existing condition. kindly refer below screenshot.

So in my case I am neither getting CHANGE and DELETE options nor able to CREATE new condition.

Have you already tried with full authorization to rule out any auth issue.

also do try with different browser

Hi Prakhar,

I have assigned SAP_CRM_OR_ADMIN role to my user along with SOLMANPRO business role.

Are there any other standard roles apart from these which need to assigned?

I tried with Chrome and IE, for both the browsers it is not working.

Hi Rishav,

Pop ups are allowed for both the browsers, If it would have been pop up issue then at least I would have got right click CHANGE or DELETE options.

I faced the same issue, its a pop-up issue,

Default  Top5 Condition doesn't give an option to change and Delete, it only gives those option with the conditions that we created.

Also check the below Extraction roles have been assigned

• SAP_SM_BI_DISP
• SAP_BW_SPR_REPORTING

Thats not a pop up you are referring to thats menu or right click , I guess you need to check the browser settings for pop up/
