Where did templ. "BP_UTUS147 - Best Practices for Water Utility" come from?

Hi forum.

Can anyone please tell me where the template "BP_UTUS147 - Best Practices for Water Utility" comes from, and how it can be removed from the list?

I was making some housecleaning in our templates and discovered this "gift" we have no use for what so ever!

Hi Per,

BP_UTUS147 was the only one template which was by mistake delivered in ST-ICO package.

Hi Dolores,

I have uploaded into solution manager 4.0. the following software component:

BP-CRM50( Best practice for CRM)---Release 500v2, level:000

My ST-ICO level is, 150_700, 0008.

But i could not view the CRM templates under "scope"tab in template selection.

Could u plz guide me to get the relevant templates (CRM) under scope tab?

Hello,

I don´t know the way to remove this Best Practices for Water Utility, I think you can not delete it, see note 899004.

To install other Best Practices content please download it from

Service Marketplace as described in the ZIP file from

note 891616. After you can see it in Scope tab without futher actions.
