i5SPCChart - Comments Disabled

Initially I faced the issue with Comments in i5SPCChart as same as below thread

Then we followed the ways as stated by Jeremy Good, like adding one ID column as identity number for the SPC data point. The properties of i5SPCChart are set accordingly.

Still this is not enabling the options (Comments and Toggle Point Suppression). Can anyone provide solution on this regard?

3. Context Menu Refresh

FYI. MII server : 15.0 SP4 Patch 8

Hi Som,

Comments in the toolbar pop-up will be enabled if you select a point and then click on the Settings button. Alternatively to add comments, you could also select and right click the point.
