User is prompted to relog onto GRC system for PSS

Dear Experts,

the 10 services have been set-up for PSS, the shared user (system) user is set-up with passwords and

the email is getting sent correctly with the link to the user - however - the user is getting prompted to log

onto the GRC system to retrieve the password.

Why is this happening if I have done the config -as follows

SPRO/GRC/Access Control - Connector settings - all set-up for PSS (except HR systems)

SPRO/GRC/AC-Data Source : User Search (1 - HR, 2-CUA, SU01)

                                                 User Detail Data Source (1 - HR, 2-CUA SU01)

                                                 User Authentication (CUA)

                                                 End User Verification : No

SPRO/GRC/AC/User Provisioning : Maintain Provisioning Settings / Global

                                                  Auto Provisioning at end of request

                                                  E-mail Status : Send Password : No

Could anybody have an idea what might be missing ?

Hello,

is the user getting link to view password?

then check the URL and look for that webdynpro in SICF and add guest user id and password.

Hi Prasant,

The user is getting the link - but when they click on it they are prompted to logon to the GRC system to retrieve it.

In maintain provision setting ,

Send Password is YES?

Hello Prasant,

Thanks so much for your help - I was able to update the shared user in the service retrieved from the URL and it is now possible to retrieve the password for the user via the link !

I am getting the following error message when I try to test the service - if you have any input, thanks for your ongoing assistance.

You cannot test the service, since you dont have proper link,

i mean when you try to view you can, it take you to complte url,

may be u can try admin mode.
