Error transfering invoice from R/3 to SUS/ BBP_TAX:013 -Not possible to calculate tax

dear experts,

After I did park invoice in R3 and outbound idoc successfully, the inbound xml in SUS shows error message as below:

Maybe it is tax problem but I cannot figure out where the error may occur.. Please kindly help to solve the problem.

hi Shawn,

Please check if ther is the tax setting in your SUS as below path. It seems you are active the R3 tax checking as the system is calling the meta BAPI fm that will go to the backend to check data.

SPRO->SAP SRM->SRM server->Cross-application basic setting->Tax Calculation->Determine System for Tax Calculation

You could change it to NO_TAX to inactive the tax calculation in SUS.
