GRC AC 10.1 - BRF+ Agent Rule not routing based on created Data Object “Role Sensitivity”

Hello

We are experiencing issues using BRF+ to route to the role approver based on role sensitivity. A requirement is to provide BRF+ Agent Rule with Role Sensitivity as one of the input parameters. The simulation works as expected in BRF+, yet requests are being routed to escape route as audit log claims no approver is found. MSMP is appropriately configured at the Role Approver (ZGRAC_ROLE_APPROVER) stage level.We are wondering if perhaps we configured the data object wrong or if there is something else we are overlooking. Any assistance is appreciated. Below are screen shots of our BRF+ and MSMP settings for reference.

As Gretchen said, there is not enough information to provide a good input.

However, I can tell from your screens that a BRF+ rule is not just a decision table. It needs a function, a rule set, a rule and a decision table (at least) to process. The Decision table simulation is not enough to give you a result.

Check out this complete guide that explains all the steps required and try to simulate at function level, not at DT level.
