SAP GRC: Delete mitigating controls

Hello

We have already implemented SAP GRC AC 10.1 and we are holding some tests in development system (GRD).

We have an issue in the process Access Risk Analysis, we try to remove a role through access risk analysis – user level. This report is executed in remediation view. So when we open the report with the results, and select a risk the option remove role, doesn’t appear, we are only able to create and assign mitigation control.

When we run the user level report, we expect to see the three options that allow to remediate the violation like:

• Create a new control
• Remove access from the user (Remove access permission from the user completely)
• Assign a control

After run the access risk analysis to user level, the result that appears is the following:

we click on button mitigate risk and:

we only can assign or create, not remove.

Can you help us? what are we doing wrong ?

And the screens above are the result when we run the following:

We have already the sap netweaver gateway set.

Probably skipped any step , but this is what comes up.

Thanks for your help and for your patience in this issue.

This was solved, we have to open a SAP incident to help us. And the remediation view is working fine.

We implemented some notes:

2130306 - Remediation View is not showing any data for Risk Analysis

Result.

2099999 - Remediation View screen shows blank while Risk Analysis

2035538 - Remediation view in Risk Analysis does not show any data

2204668 - UAM: Remediation View in Risk Analysis is blank due to IE

browser incompatibility
