Dear Experts,
We have a requirement of transferring documents from systems in one server to another that are not on the same network in real time (we are a multi national having multiple divisions).
This is what we want to do:
As soon as an AR/AP Invoice is created in SAP company ALPHALIVE on Alpha Server we transfer it to the company BETALIVE on the Beta Server.
Has anyone solved this problem before?
Would be grateful for any help and clue in this regard.
Thank you.
Kind Regards.

i dont think it can be done realtime.
But real time is not an issue, and you can allow some delay, then there are many ways to do it depending on your actual requirement. I am posting one of the thoughts here.
1. In SP post notification, you can put the transactions into a customized table. Give a sequence number.
2. Use a program to process those data and generate transaction objects.
3. Copy those objects into remote system.

Hi Frank,
Thanks for your advise. That's right, we don't need it absolutely real time, a delay of up to 5 minutes should be ok.
Could you please elaborate further on point no 2 - "process those data and generate transaction objects".
What method would you usually use to copy objects into remote system?
Thanks again for your help.
Kind Regards.
Hi Frank,
Right, objects data can be converted into XML and saved on one Server.
We don't have much idea on B1if. Is it something that has to be purchased and licensed separately or is part of professional licenses?
Any lead on licenses/ pricing and documentation will be helpful.
Thank you.
Best Regards.

Hi
look at Intercompany addon, perhaps it solves your problem.
