ECC Batch Create/Change automatically in EWM

Hi All,

My requirement is whenever batch created/changed in ECC using  any transaction , the same changes should reflect in EWM , i don't want to run batch CIF jobs more frequently for this.

Is it possible to do that?

Hi Ganesan,

It is standard functionality to automatically refect the changes to ECC or EWM whenever there are chagnes in either system to batch master as long as you have the intergration model activated for the material + batch.

Please test it in your system.

BTE is already working fine in our system, but the requirement is to instantly create batch in EWM.

Any other way to achieve this?

Hi Ganesan,

you can setup in ECC the BTE (Business Transaction Events) for master data changes - details are described in the EWM solution manager content, e.g. here.

If you have activated it, the changes to existing master data records are transferred immediately to EWM.

Thanks Matthias, i would go thru this documents, i hope BTE can work for create batch event , also for any master data changes that relevant to EWM , we don't need any development for this.
