Document Assignment for Technical Object in EAMS

Good day

Can anyone using SAP WEB User Interface for Plant Maintenance, in business function Simplified Management of EAM Functions, advise on how we can activate/configure document assignment for technical objects in EAMS, in ERP 6.0, EHP6, SPS4.

Additional Functions the option to Attach New document is not available for technical objects:-
