Lanuage in SAP user specific menu

Hi Experts, We have created some users in our New built quality system. All of have specific roles. But when they login, in user menu the folder and tcode description is showing on different languages. See the below image:

But if we go to SAP menu from same users it shows all content in English language.  See the below image:

Can anybody tell me why this is happening and how to resolve it.

Hi Asad,

When you assign a transaction into the menu in PFCG, the connection to the SAP menu is cut off.

This means, if the short text of a transaction is changed, this has no effect to the short text in the role menu.

The translation for the role menu are contained in the following tables: AGR_HIERT and TSTCT.

SAP does not provide entries in the table AGE_HIERT for these roles. These may need to be updated for the role manually in the PFCG "translation node".

Please just use the pushbutton translate node, after you have marked the corresponding transaction and select for instance translation, for example, EN -> the target language.

Then you can enter the new short text in the target language.
