"Soft" Submission deadline

Hi all,

We are using SRM 5.0 and Extended Classic Scenario.

We are implementing Bidding Engine, used via transaction "Request External Staff" (BBPSC18). In the Bid invitation you must enter Submission deadline.

The requirement is that the Submission deadline date is "soft", meaning that there should still be the possibility for the surrogate bidder or the vendors to maintain the bids until a bid is accepted by the requester.

Does someone know how to implement this?
