How to restrict users in creating clauses through security profiles

Hi Experts,

Can anyone guide me on how to restrict the users in creating/editing clauses.

I have not given system administration access , neither clause administrator access.

Also from Application users I have set Deny in Contract Generation -->Clause Library.

Still users are able to create clauses.

Do I need to remove them from any other Security Profile Group.

Any leads would be of great help!!

Regards,

Geetika

Dears,

The easiest way to identify 'where' the allow access right is coming from is to use the Administrative Report 'Permissions by User':

After identification you can decide how to update this

Hello Geetika,

Have you added that user in any groups? If possible, could you provide the screenshot of security tab of that user.

Geetika,

I can see that the creation of Clause Library in Contract Template Manager Security profile is Allowed (in my project). PFB screenshot.

And also check for all the security profiles which are assigned to that user(like Contract Manager, Contract Reviewer) along with the groups in which he is added (even groups have security profiles).
