Hi Experts,
We are getting an issue while scheduling report using BI launchpad.
It worked well until two days back, but we are facing the below issue now.
We have configured 3rd party tool STUNNEL for Email configuration, and it is working fine.
Any resolution to move forward will be greatly helpful.
Regards,
Krishna.M
Hi All,
We have resolved the issue by installing the 3rd party tool STUNNEL again in our Server.
Thank you all for your valuable suggestions.

Krishna,
Check the error logs, what is entire error message?
I see that you are scheduling in PDF format to mail address, instead can you try scheduling to default location and check if the schedule is fine?
If it fails with other locations also then you need to loon into the job_servers.
Besides, try rebooting the server ones as you've implemented 3rd party tools with BO?

Hi,
1. What is the complete error message? when scheduled to default location.
2. Have you checked the logs? Any error found in those.
3. Is the issue started happening after implementation of 3rd party or it was observed earlier as well?
4. Any changes made in the server command line while integrating the 3rd party plug-in?
Reg,
NK

Hi Krishna.M,
Can you please check the following SCN article?
Adaptive Job Server is not getting enabled | SCN
"Hi Murtaza,
I am suspecting the SIA and the AJS could have lost its references.
We could check this by few tests
Make the necessary changes such as the directory of the installation and its absolute paths, SIANAME , FQDN.
"C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64\JobServer.exe" -javaargs "Dbusinessobjects.connectivity.directory=C:/Program Files (x86)/SAP BusinessObjects/SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0//dataAccess/connectionServer,Dcom.businessobjects.mds.cs.ImplementationID=csEX,Djava.awt.headless=true,XX:MaxPermSize=192m" -loggingPath "C:/Program Files (x86)/SAP BusinessObjects/SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0/logging/" -maxDesktops 0 -jsTypeDescription "Crystal Reports Job Server" -objectType CrystalEnterprise.Report -fg -restart -name SIANAME.AdaptiveJobServer -pidfile "C:/Program Files (x86)/SAP BusinessObjects/SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0/serverpids/SIANAME_SIANAME.AdaptiveJobServer.pid" -ns <FQDN>:6400\
If this executes then it is a clear indication that the process is functional but the SIA is not able to start the Service.
2. After this you can now create a new SIA pointing to a blank DB and check if the AJS works there.
If the AJS work in both the scenario then you can opt to recreate the original SIA which could be the possible solution here
-Guru"
Let me know if it helps.

István
Hi Krishna ,
Please do these check in your environment.
1) Check all your job server status
2) Try scheduling same report through publication
3) Open the ports on the SMTP server and be able to TELNET the SMTP server from the machine which has Adaptive Job Server running.
Thanks,
Sasi
