Hi all, I know I should refer to note 2081663... Issue is - I am only an AWS customer, and cannot register to SAP Support to see that note! Attempts to use installation number are failing. Could someone repost the note contents? Any and all suggestions will be appreciated.

Can you confirm the below as the error you get in trace logs ? In this case the solution provided is to upgrade to Rev83.
