Employee Inter company transfer within same group of companies

Hello Experts,

Can some one please help us to understand, is it right to transfer employee from one company code to another company code within same group of companies without separation & rehire action?

Nature of business is same for all companies. All these companies were owned under single umbrella.

If there is any statutory implications then please guide us.

We can transfer employees from one company code to another company code mean while we sould consider statutory and reporting details.

Configure two actions to maintain valid records for audit prospective.

We can not move one employee to another Company code without separation and rehire.
