fiori loading tiles

Hello Fiori Experts,

I have installed the fiori support pack as per the SAP guide and got all the apps in launchpad designer.

I have added one sales app for a test user. When I login to the user as a testuser I am getting the

screen which shows loading tiles... and nothing happens.

upgrade your run time lib for UI5 and UI2 .

Hi Suresh,

Do you see any error message in the browser console? Press F12 (Google Chrome) and navigate to the Console section and check if any error messages are displayed.

Also do you not see any tiles on the home page after logging in to the Launchpad without going to the Tile catalog? The standard BCR/TCR roles for the sales apps contain Groups which show the tiles directly on logging in to launchpad. Also please clearly specify which specific Fiori apps are you trying to access as suggested by Bharani.

Hi saurabh,

i am trying the create sales order (SAP_SD_SO_CRE_APP) app to be on the end user launch pad.

For that I have done all the prerequisite like odata services and authorizations as per guide. I am not

getting any errors anywhere but app tiles are not appearing.

Hi Suresh,

What is the SP level of your UI Add-on component? Are you sure that you have applied all the mandatory SAP notes before configuring the Create Sales Order app?

Have you assigned front end sales app roles to the user (BCR /TCR)?

What is the sals app you are trying to add in the launchpad home ?

Does these SAP_SD_TCR_T_X1 ,ZSAP_UI2_ADMIN_700,ZSAP_UI2_USER_700 roles are added to the user ?
