Client is hanging

HI All,

I'm using SAP B1 9.1 PL00.

SAP was working properly until i restart the server.

Due to some other work i restarted server by closing all sap related programs. From there on wards all client systems are hanged. but SAP is working fine in server. After hours of hanging, SAP is working fine in client system also. But it is taking min. two hours to run sap as normal.

when i click change company , it is hanging. after some time databases screen is coming, again after entering username and password same problem.

After sometime SAP is opening, when click modules, again same problem. After a waiting of two hours SAP is working fine. Once i close SAP, same problem. In all client systems same problem.

There is no connectivity issue. because Tally is also there in server and it is working as usual.

This problem is happening from 2 O'clock. I restarted all the services again but still same problem.

Can anybody help on this?

Hello,

I had a performance problem in version 9.1 PL06 where after a certain time every client 's were slow . After much searching I saw an SAP note asking to update the PL 06 to PL 07 .
I have helped to make the decision to update the PL .
