FF log review request shows as cancelled by WF-BATCH

HI All,

i have few FF log review requests, which shows as cancelled by WF-BATCH, after a fixed no. of days.

Audit log says, Request cancelled by Administrator user WF-BATCH.

GRC 10.1 SP5

fyi, GRFNMW_MANUAL_INSTANCE_CANCEL has not been run.

Dear Plaban,

do you have activated a routing that does not find a target? Since it happens after a fixed number of day I suggest to check the routings.

No Routing rule is applied in any stage of FF log review WF

@PKP: with due respect, as per your earlier post, since i am a beginner, you can choose not to answer.

Dear Plaban,

strange - best to activate the debugging (see note 1624069) and post the debugging log here so that we can try to help.

Also it might be helpful to check SLG1 (for any application error) and show the full audit log.

not sure if you are beginner or not, that hardly matter to me..

everybody here are volunteers , you have a tendency to cross question others post.

which means you are right and others are stupids.

if you really need to know and try to under stand logic there are ways to put it..

basic etiquette will help you with that.

you only have said that i am a beginner, and now that hardly matters to you? So, who is missing etiquette, here? do you see etiquette, in your own statement.

my intention has always been to find a solution or to know the root cause. so, cross-question can take place by anyone, but i question, in appropriate manner and behavior.

on you statement ' which means you are right and others are stupids' : you have concluded too much too easily.

please show, where i have not followed basic etiquette.

coming to your query.

request cancelled by administrator user.

its cancelled by batch job  GRFNMW_BATCH_STALE_REQUEST.

it is run using WF-BATCH  user.

check in SM37 for same date job completed by WF-BATCH user.

if you see audit log, if comment entered by administrator is nothing then it is cancelled using job.
