Analyzer issue

Hi,

I've issue where in analyzer report was saved in local computer apart from regular key-figures(RKF, CKF & formula). I've applied/added extra excel formulas for my calculation purpose.

This report was executed very often and in particular keyfigure row I able to see €-values (for example 438000,00 euro).

Suddenly the reports changes this row to T€-values (438 euro) automatically – without any changes from my side.

I'll expect to get similar €-values all the time. can you please let me know why this strange behavior of the report.

Hi Harih,

Please check below options:

Execute Report

Adjust values as per your requirement like 430 to 438000,00

Save

Right click on result and select properties (report properties)

check below options:

1) Display

-Adjust format after data refresh

-display scaing factors for key figures

2) Inernaction

-Return to global definition on refresh

3) Column width

-Do not adjust column width

Thanks for your quick revert, unfortunately I am unable to locate above mentioned options/steps in Bex analyser. can you please guide steps to fix my above issue.

Hi Harish,

1. Execute report in BEx analyzer
2. Right lick on report result and select query properties or properties.
3. One tab will open, in that window you can see 4 TABs
4. Each tab, you can see above options.
