Change Document number is not getting generated

Hi Experts

We have custom transactions for request for change and change documents . We are able to create change request and insert a scope

Change Document is getting approved with the status but the document no is not getting generated after status changed

2. Check the ON_CREATE PPF actions responsible for this.

When you change the status of change reqeust to "Being implemented'. the corresponding action _ON_CREATE for normal change should be execute.

Most commonly the error was either "HF_STATUS_*" was not assigned with appropriate values (e.g E0001). So check that and it will solve your issue.

Hi Saravana,

Yes you need to move the RFC into Being implemented phase, then it will generate.

Number ranges you an check if it is assigned in tcode SNRO, check fro CRM_SERVIC, also check in the transactions or charm setup whether this number range is assigned to your normal changes.
