Alert is not getting triggered for one interface in PI production

Hello Experts,

We are having SAP PI 7.4 single stack in which alert is not getting triggered for one particular interface.

Alerts for other interfaces are getting triggered but not for this interface.

Kindly suggest guide me in this scenario.

Hi,

Have you added this scenario to the Alert Component in your configuration? If you have does it error?

Did you activate everything in the configuration?

Is it in it own Alert Component? Or sharing with other interfaces? And are those interfaces working to create alerts?

Have you done a full cache refresh on your system maybe? Or check if the change has taken effect?

Other interfaces are working to create alerts.
