Message processor drop down not working in ChaRm when team determined automatically

Hello All,

In Charm we have configured team determination for using brfplus and ppoma_crm. And all the teams are getting automatically determined using the multi level categorization.

Also we have configured in SPRO to get message processor in ZMCR but after team determination we are not getting message processor list drop down.

PPOMA_CRM

BRFPLUS

Done brfplus copnfig.

Added message processor:

Current "message processor" BP/user exist in all the 3 partner function below "Requester" and above "message processor"

Still "message Processor" drop down or pop for adding message processor as "your name" is not working.

IM_SUPP_TEAM_DISABLE

Hello Rishav,

I have already set the value as space and kindly note that we have ITSM also and "message processor" drop down is working perfectly when team team is determined.

Even though it is not working in ChaRm.

Hi,

Ok had you check the access sequences also once and the partner determination procedures for same.

I guess you need to write/copy the relation if it did not work otherwise.
