Contact person info from Customer Invoice on print form

Hi experts,

I am having trouble with retrieving contact person name from Customer Invoice on print form.

In Adobe LC designer, I use the following binding path.

$.CustomerInvoice.BillToParty.ContactPerson.FormattedName

For some accounts and transaction, the binding path works.

For some accounts, it doesn't work.

I cannot figure out what is the difference.

Any ideas?

Hi Fred,

I see the following issues - The processing of the forms would have failed due to some script error (could be null expression) . This might have resulted in the subsequent part of the form not being loaded correctly.

Please try to preview the XML directly in life cycle designer and investigate the issues.

May be. But I cannot figure out.

But the field works fine in AU template.

The problem is in VN template.

The field doesnt work find in VN template.

Hello Fred,

It is working fine in AU template which means is is a correct data binding.

For some accounts and transaction, the binding path works.

For some accounts, it doesn't work.

It is very specific and we will need an incident from the system to check it in details.
