Invalid Handler for subscription Agent error while viewing attachments in WM6.2

Hi All

I could able to download attachment for work order to the device.But when trying to view the attachments, the below error has been encountered in device.

Invalid Handler for subscription Agent error while viewing attachments in WM6.2.

I have checked each and every setting for SAP Work Manager guide , done all changes from standard application to Z-application , but issue still persist.

I found that the Subscription Agent didn't always copy over with 6.2. In the config panel check if you have the Subscription Agent definition that it is looking for. You may have to recreate it.

In custom MDO, check the filter scenario ID, might be it is mapped to standard.

Nidhideep,

Looks like you have not correctly mapped your Z- Class in all places. While executing it is checking for Agent id which is not there. Please cross verify your settings again.
