Shipment Cost Document

Dear Gurus,

We have configure LE module for shipment cost in SAP system, now no more condition are maintain in the sales order for the transportation conditions, every condition related to transportation are coming in the shipment cost document.

I want how CO consultant can call these shipment cost condition in COPA report.

Looking for the gurus feedback.

Hi Imran

There are two options to transfer shipment cost to COPA:

1. You can transfer the amounts to billing document and than transfer to COPA (Condition Type of SD is mapped to Value Field). Please check these notes 1150378 Info: Transfer of Freigh Condition to Billing Document  and 746552 - Information =>LE-TRA-FC-BIL (Billing)

2. The other option is to transfer FI Posting to COPA from shipment cost. This you maintain in KEI2.
