Operation tab not visible to maintain mode priority in ECC T-code PDS_MAINT -Pl Suguest

I came to know that “Mode of Priority” can maintain in T-code PDS_MAINT in ECC but it is under Operation data tab when is not visible , any idea why this  Operation data tab is not visible please,Operation data tab not visible to maintain mode priority

We are using Rate Routing

Operation data is contained in the details of the PDS.  In the header display, select the 'details' field (the first field).

I want to maintain the Mode Priority but i am not able to find the operation data tab in  t-code PDS_MAINT in ECC

Can you please suggest where i can maintain Mode priority ,

Can you please suggest how to maintain visible of Operation data tab in PDS_MAINT In ECC to maintain  Mode priority in ECC then transfer to APO
