Delimit Infotype 167

Hi

I need to delimit Infotype 167 ..If i try to change the date (endda) from pa30 then it throws an error for retro but when i do edit->delimit then i'm able to delimit the infotype without any issues

Now i need to achieve this pragmatically

I tried  HR_ECM_DELETE_INFOTYPE,HR_ECM_MODIFY_INFOTYPE and also passed UPDATE_MODE-NORETROACTIVITY = 'X' but no luck

Any help is appreciated
