Hi experts,

could please provide your suggestions on the below issue ....We tried restarting the server and Tomcat in CCM

Cleared all log files but still same issue .

All the users with SAP authentication are facing this issue . We googled a lot but solutions are more specific to particular userID however here all the

users are facing same issue but only with SAP authentication

DP,

    The error clealy show that BOBJ is having communication issues with BW.  Did you login into the CMC - Authentications - User Update and run the SYNC manually between BOBJ  & BW.

Hi All ,

Thanks for the quick suggestions...Our issue resolved now..It was a network connection issue ...After rebooting the system it worked ...

Don't think the issue is related to BO. So, restarting the server won't help.

You could check the below thread. It might help you.

We have gone through the thread however this solution is restricted to a particular user account ...However in our case all the users are facing issues

I also believe that there is something wrong with the technical user, that will impact all users with sap authentication.

Are you able to login using SAP logon pad ? Can you check if there is a considerable (>5 min) time difference between BO and BW server ?

yes we can able to logon to SAP logon pad.
