PS Version Values Difference

Former Member

Hi Experts,

I have a Plan version which is "0" and copied to new version name "ANO" by CJ9FS

But 0 version and ANO values are not matching and I found ANO has more values

I found it throgh the report S_ALR_87013532

I presume both the version values should match each other

My issue here is why 0 version and ANO value difference, eventhough ANO is snapshot of 0 version

Please kindly suggest

Hi Suresh,

When you first planned costs the Default Version of storing the data will be 0

So do check if you have changed any data after copying to new version

Hi,

No changes have done to New version and infact after copying from 0 to ANO immeadiately I have taken the report for comparision.

And found the difference amount.

Since the reports generally pull from RPSCO run CJEN and then recheck the reports.

You said AN0 has more values, was that version already used prior to this copy?

Look in RPSCO for your project with SE16N and align the 2 versions to see the difference.

Hi Suresh,

Version 0 is standard where all data get updates automatically.

so you need to check whether you changed the data after creation of new version.

thanks
