How to configure a Time Bucket Profile

Dear experts,

I have a requirement for different buckets definition and last past days I have been working on that.

I could create a FYV as follow:

Txn: BO29

Month     Day     Period     Year shift

9               6          1               -

9               13         2               -

9               20         3               -

9               30         4               -

10             10         5               -

10             17         6               -

10             24         7               -

10             31         8               -

11             7           9               -

11             14         10             -

11             21         11             -

11             30         12             -

12             5           13             -

12             12         14             -

12             19         15             -

12             31         16             -

Txn: /SAPAPO/TR32 I created the Storage Bucket Profile  with the FYV

Txn: /SAPAPO/MSDP_ADMIN, I assigned the SBP to the to the Planning Area

The problem came up when I tried to create the TBP on txn: /SAPAPO/TR30

The problem it's that I got an error message: "Input error 8 in row 1: see long text"

Do you know how can I solve this ??

I will really appreciate any suggestion or recommendation.

Hi VAPG,

Whats the error long text is saying.

Please check the storage bucket profile with which you initialized the PA. History and forecast horizon should be greater than the TBP horizon.

I guess 16 Period (12 month) * 16 No (1st row on your TBP) is going beyond the SBP horizon (start date and end date)

Try changing the number to as it fits the SBP and check the result.
