GRC Email Reminder after one role owner approves

Hi All

We have 2 Role owners for Role A.

One of the Role Owner approves the Request and workflows to the next stage.

Then reminder Job (GRFNMW_BATCH_EMAIL_REMINDER) runs.

The reminder goes to the other Role Owner that has not approved the request.

Does anyone know why would the other Role Owner receive the notification? He does not need to approve if the other Role Owner approved the request.

Seems like we need to implement the Note.

We only on SP10.
