Hi David,

We have couple of different options depending on your need.

1. If you navigate in the hybris marketing application to Data management --> import there you will see the ability to add fields to "interaction contacts".  This is available in latest version of yMKT i.e. 1508 and but you can only add limited data types.

2.  If that is not sufficient, you can always login via SAP GUI and add/append additional fields to the INCLUDE in the interaction table (CUAND_CE_IA_RT)

3. if you have lot of fields that you want add, then bring that data in a custom table, create a HANA view and add it via segmentation customization.  Please note that this makes the new fields visible only in segmentation.

Thanks

Hello Bharath,

thanks a lot for you reply.

The enhancement possibilities for Interaction record for 1 and 2 are known already.

What we do need is an enhancement directly in the customer master and also as customer master data  facete.

Table CUAND_CE_IC_ROOT for the customer master data and as Facette in the customer master data in table CUAND_CE_IC_FT_D.

In this include we can also direct add in SE11 via SAP GUI fields?

Solution 3 is not sufficient as we also need to store the data in yMarketing in the database.

Best Regards

David

hi David,

Can you please explian why you want to add something in the FACET table.  So far I haven't come across that need.  Typically, a customer can have multiple FACETS and they are configured in IMG(SPRO) as ORIGIN_ID's.

yes, Table INCLUDE is done via SE11 in SAPGUI.

Thanks

Hello Bahrath,

thx for your reply.

We want to add something in the facet table as we have subdeffiniton for the customer master data.

For example an nickname belong to an customer.

Can you please name the correct table for adding field in customer master data.

Is it?: CUAN_S_CUST_ENH_OWNER or CUAN_S_CE_IC_PRE_DEF_EXT or something else?

How can we enable the fields in the WebUI?

We are finalizing an pretty so an fast feedback would be great.

David,

For knowing the right table or include, please go to SE11 and open the table "CUAND_CE_IA_RT" then you will see two includes.  You can add addtional fields to the INCL_EEW_CUAN_CE_IA_ROOT include.

If you want to segmentation, first you have to adjust or create a HANA view and then bring it into segementation via customizing (SPRO).

Thanks

David,

Just to add here . As per Inbound integration guide "The OData interface does not support contact data".

@Bharat: Is there any guide or matrix available that gives holistic view about  the usage of inbound interface in different scenarios.

Thanks, Brijesh

Hi,

If I wanted to add a number of fields but not include it in the segmentation how would I go about this. the use case for this is:

Add a new tab on the Campaign (new Facet?) which would encompass a large number of fields which define the Campaign to a much greater detail than as standard. E.g. Objective of the Campaign. Customer KPIs ect.

We would not need to include this in the segmentation just in the data model of the Campaign...Or would we just use BOB?
