SAP Upgrade 4.6B to SAP ERP 6.0

I have a question because of SAP upgrade from 4.6B to ERP 6.0.

I'm not really sure but I had in mind that I need two different steps.

First step an upgrade from 4.6B to SAP Enterprise 4.7 and from SAP Enterprise 4.7 to SAP ERP 6.0 afterwards. Is it right, isn't it?

Unfortunately I can find further information. In the latest SAP Upgrade Guide are just information because of source and target but

no information how it works in detail.

Could anyone help me or has more detail information?

Are you using the Solution Manager system in your landscape? if it is yes, you can calculate the MOPZ from SAP R3 4.6 to ECC 6 ?

Unfortunately we don't use a SAP Solution Manager yet.

Hi Ringo

I think you upgrade may be major one, You can calculate the stack from Current level to ECC 6 with NW 7.0 in SAP Service market place. if possible create the Sandbox system perform the upgrade and the start the live landscape systems.
