Lumira dataset export to csv no measures are getting exported

Hi Experts,

I am facing strange issue.We have a scenario where we are using sap hana calculation view as the source for lumira client(desktop).we are creating a dataset on calculation view in lumira.while exporting dataset to csv only dimensions are exported no measures column are exported.

Can anyone help me on that what is the issue?

2.we are using SAP lumira server for self service on top of hana calculation view.suppose we drag material for chart it only brings text value.We are unable to Material key value in Lumira server.But if we use same in Lumira client(desktop) we get material key and text both available for reporting.

Can any one help me on that?

please find below a few qualifying questions to begin:

1)  What is your Lumira version?   SP -what?

2)  Is this Lumira Server for HANA, or Lumira Server for BIPlatform?

3) Is this HANA Online connection?  Or Download from HANA?

4) Are these 'missing measures'  defined locally as formulae in the desktop ?

5) Any differences in observed behaviour if you consult an Analytical View vs. this calculation view?

6) Any difference if you try "export records" from a visualisation rather than the dataset?

7) Any differences if you switch between 'aggregated' or 'detailed' when doing 'export records' ? (new since SP28)

5) Any differences in observed behaviour if you consult an Analytical View vs. this calculation view?we have only calculation view available

6) Any difference if you try "export records" from a visualisation rather than the dataset? we get export to file only from share tab.

7) Any differences if you switch between 'aggregated' or 'detailed' when doing 'export records' ? (new since SP28) sorry i did not get this one.
