I having the below error in sm20. Kindly advice if there is some setting which prevent the logging of the sapcpic.

Hi How,

You have an active Audit, and it's logging the CPIC connections. I understand you don't want to log this...

You can modify it from SM19, unselecting the RFC/CPIC box, and saving your new Audit Profile.

The system must be restarted for the changes to take effect.

Thanks for the reply.

The log is set by audit department.

Actually the log is caused by a script of mine which uses sapinfo.exe.

I used it to check if the sap services and database is running.

So my doubts is:

Since the log show that the user is not allowed to call the function module, how come my script is able to query that the sap service and database is alive.

Kindly advice pls.

CPI-C communication is not related to Oracle at all.

please use the right forum.
