Where and which table the email addresses gets stored for a contact person

Hello Experts,

I have current requirement where i need to send email notification to all the email addresses maintained against a contact person.

Please find the screen attached for more clarity.

I am looking for the table/logic to get all the email addresses maintained for a contact person.

Please provide ur expert inputs.

Hello Mrityunjai,

Mail addresses are stored in ADR6.

Get PERSNUMBER from BUT000 for the BP and then search in ADR6.

Hello Mrityunjai,

Go through SRM Alert Management. It can be used to achieve your requirement for sending mails/notifications. There are several references available in SCN.

Hi Abhishek,

This is a specific requirement. Currently we are sending mail to the email address marked as standard, but we have a new requirement where the email address marked as standard has to be in TO and all other email addresses for that contact person in CC.

Please refer the screenshot if i am not able to explain the requirement.

Please let me know and update if you come across any FM/Class/BADI/Doc related with the same.

Hi,

You can get it from table ADR6, just like other SAP products.
