Email Configuration setting

Hi Experts,

I am having a query. I am having multiple server registered in my Esourcing system.

Please refer below screen shot.

In order to set my email configuration, should I set daemon level 'Email-Enabled' setting for all the server or setting for only one will serve the purpose?

If only one can serve the purpose, then how system will decide which server to be used to send an emails?

Please help me..!

Hello Nishant,

You need to enable daemon level 'Email-Enabled' setting for all the server.

Please find below SAP Note for the same:(SAP Service Market place)

1095649 - E-mail configuration that turns off e-mails.

thanks for the reply, I will surely check for the note that you mentioned above.

but can you please confirm the system behavior when only one server is 'Enabled'

I mean whether system will sent the emails for activities done from other servers or it will restrict all the other server from sending out the email?
