Is it possible to define custom fields in the ui of an incident or change request?

Hi,

Yes, its very much possible.

1. Change the web ui to ZSOLMAPRO or ZMIN as applicable.

Hi,

Actually it depends, Example :- if you are choosing the partner fileds in BTCPARTNER or so then yes you can do that.

Otherwise you need to code that.

Where can i set the partner to the field? In Access Sequenzes or directly in the UI? Because I can not find a access sequenz to a custom field.

Hi,

Yes first you need to define in the ui then you need to change the settings in partner determinationprocedures etc.

No in determination procedures you will check with the partner values you had assigned.
