Multilevel Category Determination via SAP Component

Hello,

I have configured a categorization schema where the first level represents the SAP component like HCM, FI etc. Is there any change that the first level can be automatically determined via the SAP component of the incident?

For example: New incident with SAP component FI-AA -> FI is preselected as first category?

Hi Tobias

Yes, It can be achieved by the BRF+, you can determine the if relation as sap component and then as category id.
