Good morning. In order to understand your issue more clear, may I know following?
1.Could you please help to check if the symptom is reproducible with
user parameter WCF_IGNORE_ENHANCEMT set as A via T-code: su3?
2.If you can still reproduce,please logon webui in English, and let me
know the error in English, please also click the error to see if we can
get any error details.If so, please also send me the error detail.
3.Please let me know what is the steps to reproduce.
4.I am wondering if 0TPLI_CRM_CTI12_Q001_5 is your BI report ID defined
in t-code: transaction crmc_ui_bi.
Is your issue that you cannot display BI report due to this error. If so,
then I don't think this is an IC error. You need to involve your BI
colleagues to check the relevant settings for this BE report.
And also if you want to use corss navigation for BI 7.0 based reports,
you need to have the BI release that is mentioned in Note 1268401.
