Script for Renewal Reminder in User Defined Biz Doc 1 object

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to configure UDO 1 as NDA and that requires a reminder based on an expiry date that would be kept as part of the UDO template. I do not see any mail template that can be assigned for UDO. Can anyone help me to write a custom script for sending email notifications based on the date field that is a field attached to the UDO template?

Hi,

The Mail Type Information you are referring to in the screenshot cannot be changed. It is there just for information purpose, so that you are aware how this mail type is triggered.

Also, you cannot use the standard 'Renewal Reminder' to send out your UDO1 notifications. You will have to use one of the custom email templates available and write the code to send the notification based on your specific requirements.
